How does the project relate to Eco-Schools action plan?
Eco-school theme chosen for year 2013 is Nature and Biodiversity and we believed we should increase awareness of planting and caring for trees among students and school community.

How is the school community involved?
School community is involved in tree planting as well as planning, organizing and participating in biodiversity talks and exhibition.

How is local community involved?
Local community including surrounding schools in Penampang will be invited to participate in forest awareness talks and exhibition.

How do you communicate this project to the school and/or community at large?
Communication to school community is through launching of new Eco-schools Code, announcements during school assemblies, notice boards, school blog and as well as letter of invitations to school heads and parents for participations.
